BIOGRAPHY

Mrs. Glover began teaching in 1984. Her first three years were spent teaching fifth and second/third grades at Saint Joseph Grade School in South Bend, Indiana. She began teaching at Webberville Elementary School in 1987. After one year at second/third grade, Mrs. Glover moved to third grade where she taught until 2004. In Fall 2004 she became a kindergarten teacher.

 

Mrs. Glover has trained extensively beyond her teaching degree in the areas of literacy, mathmatics, science, behavior management and teacher leadership. Literacy training includes Project Read, Readers' Workshop, MLPP, MLPP + LETRS, guided reading, and Writers' Workshop. Training in the areas of mathmatics and science includes Math A Way of Thinking, Math Their Way, and Lansing Community College science workshops. Study in the areas of behavior management and parental involvement allow for the development of successful learners. Mrs. Glover continues to serve as a teacher leader for the elementary school staff and chairperson of the Science Fair.
