Mission Statement

The mission of the Webberville Community Schools band program is to foster the musical growth of young people in the areas of rhythm, melody, harmony, form and timbre so they are adequately prepared to achieve musical independence. Furthermore, enrollment in the Webberville bands will develop the less obvious qualities of being a good musician such as self-discipline, organization, promptness and respect for oneself and others.
